  • Calls to 01/02 numbers are charged at a standard rate (the same as calling a UK landline).
  • These calls are usually included in landline and mobile minutes packages.

What you pay

  • Calls outside of inclusive minutes to UK mobiles charged at 6p per minute.
  • Calls outside of inclusive minutes to UK landlines charged at 3p per minute.
  • Voicemail to email is charged at 4.25p per minute.
  • Recorded calls are charged at 2p per minute.
