Allied Recruitment are specialists in the supply of Temporary and Permanent staff to the Construction Industry. Supplying labourers, bricklayers, floor layers and even senior management staff with a wealth of experience in the construction sector. The Challenge

Allied Recruitment have been growing rapidly with new staff and new premises. They wanted to increase their number range and manage their mobile phones lines more efficiently; finding their call charges too high and not being able to manage their incoming calls effectively from clients or candidates.

Telecoms World Solution

Telecoms World ported all mobile lines over to a preferred UK network airtime provider and managed the calls and data allowances with various tariffs. By offering the unique ability to combine two or three mobile tariff plans for Allied Recruitment, they can maximise cost savings and provide their mobile users with the correct allocation of calls and texts. This has proven to save them an average of 60% on their mobiles bills per month. New lines and Broadband was installed for their call centre which have been enabled to grow with the business. Having a scalable option now, allows them to grow without worry of their current phone systems becoming out of date.
They have taken a range of memorable 084 Numbers for their business to be recognisable in the market with added call management for a professional service. All calls are answered with an advanced IVR (interactive voice response) system with greetings and messages voiced by a professional recording artist for consistency across all numbers.

Results

Allied Recruitment have instantly benefitted from reduced mobile phone bills, Lines and Calls and, a broadband package to suit their business needs. Their existing numbers were ported over seamlessly so as not to cause any disruption to daily business.
