Update – Resolution from 23.8.17 Broadband/Horizon Outage
Our Horizon and broadband based customers would have experienced a short outage this morning, for this inconvenience we sincerely apologise.
The reason for this outage was due to one of our main network operation centres suffering a power cut as of 9:13AM due to external works in their local area. Power is currently being provided via their back up services and recovery would have been from approx. 9:30am. There will have been some service interruption to voice and data services for a number of customers if their service was primarily hosted in this location, while services were rerouted to their resilient locations, and a number of services may still be recovering.
