Horizon Collaborate, Integrator and Soft Client (Log Out Issue)
A further update has been issued by Gamma:
"Further to our previous update, there was an initial loss in connectivity resulting in Collaborate, Integrator and Horizon soft clients being logged out at 10:37am. There was a further loss of connectivity at 10:54am, however this was a result of our engineering teams restarting the impacted server. Engineers continue to work with our vendor to identify the root cause and will continue to monitor the platform closely. A further update will be provided at 17:00 or sooner should one become available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
Horizon Incident 11:17am
We have received a number of calls concerning Horizon Collaborate, Integrator and Horizon soft clients users being logged out of their applications. Gamma is aware of this and is currently being investigated.
"We are currently investigating reports of Collaborate, Integrator and Horizon soft clients being logged out from around 10:30am this morning onwards.
Whilst some users have reported being able to sign back in, others have reported delays in the sign in process or being logged out again soon after. Our engineering teams are working to identify the root cause of this issue as a priority.
A further update will be provided by 12:30 or sooner should more information become available.
