However any communications system, network or service can experience problems at any time. We have in place a carefully structured fault management and resolution process, which is geared to resolve any faults or queries quickly and effectively. Coupled with the in-built resilience of our network our aim is to make sure calls are never lost.

If you do experience a fault, please contact our 24 hour customer services help line on 0870 042 1234.

All queries are logged by our Customer Services Team as soon as the details are received. The resolution process is then set in motion and problems are rectified as quickly as possible to minimise any inconvenience.
