Porting Agreements

Telecoms World have porting agreements with the following networks

• British Telecom (B.T)
• Cable and Wireless
• NTL
• Virgin
• Telewest
• Energis

Once we have confirmed that we can port your existing 08 access number(s) to our network, please follow the procedure set out below.

Procedure

• Download the authorisation letter onto your company headed paper (click here to download now)
• Input the number(s) that you want to port onto the letter (for 6 or more numbers, please download additional letters as required).
• Sign and date the letter.
• Download the porting request form onto your company headed paper (click here to download now)
• Complete the highlighted sections.
• Sign and date the form.
• Fax the documents to us on 0870 042 5678 or e-mail them to us at customerservices@twplc.co.uk.
• When returning the completed documents to us, please also include an invoice from your current supplier, dated within the last 3 months, for the number(s) that are to be ported.

We will submit your porting request documents to your current supplier immediately upon receipt. The porting process should then take approximately 30 days to complete.
