Net Planner in Brief

The Net Planner package includes:
- Web based management for instant online changes and disaster recovery
- Set your hours of business and control where your calls go during and after your hours of business
- Three time zone settings per day
- Each time zone has its own specific divert plan with the option to divert to three alternate numbers and/or voicemail
- Out of hours divert with the option to divert to two alternate numbers and/or voicemail
Cost Options:
- Call Record Basic. All recordings are emailed as a .wav file
- Call Record Advanced. All recordings are stored on our Audio Server

Web Management |

Web based management facility that controls the parameters within your Smart Call handling product. Web management for instant updates and changes. Built in disaster recovery. |

Time of Day Routing |
 |
You can set your hours of business. Set your calls to route to different destinations either internally or externally. Use up to three different time zones. |

Divert Plan |
 |
Control where your calls go when unanswered or busy. You can divert your calls to two alternative numbers or to voice mail. You can also divert to a mobile phone. You can set the amount of seconds the call rings for before sending it to an alternative number. You can change the receiving numbers through the web management control panel. All changes are instant. |

Voicemail to Email |
 |
This is used in conjunction with your Divert Plan and your Time of Day Plan. At times specified by you in the time of day plan and your Divert Plan your call can be answered by the voice mail system. These calls will then be emailed to you as a .wav file that can be listened to in media player or similar (Windows Application). |
