Call Planner
The Call Planner is a web based management facility that gives you access to unlimited moves and changes via the internet in real time. You can set your hours of business and control where your calls go during this period and afterwards, within the Time/Date plan. Read more >
The divert plan is where the user controls where calls go when unanswered or busy. Divert calls to two alternative numbers or to voicemail, also divert to a mobile phone. You can set the amount of seconds the call rings for before sending it to an alternative number, change the receiving numbers through the web management control panel. All changes are instant.
This is used in conjunction with your Divert Plan and your Time of Day Plan. At times specified by you in the time of day plan and your Divert Plan your call can be answered by the voicemail system. These calls will then be emailed to you as a .wav file that can be listened to in media player or similar.
The Call Planner package includes:
Divert on busy or no answer to three alternate telephone numbers and/or voice mail
Control the amount of rings before the calls are diverted
Generic voicemail to email messages for in and out of office hours
Set an alternate number and or voicemail to email for outside office hours
