Voicemail to Email
This is used in conjunction with your Divert Plan and your Time of Day Plan. At times specified by you in the time of day plan and your Divert Plan your call can be answered by the voice mail system. These calls will then be emailed to you as a .wav file that can be listened to in media player or similar. |

Virtual Receptionist When a caller rings they will hear a welcome or promotional message recorded by a professional broadcaster. A menu of up to ten follow with the caller asked to choose the appropriate department via their telephone keypad. The best way to illustrate how Select Virtual Receptionist works is to use an example:
"Thank you for calling (Company Name). Using your telephone keypad please select one of the following 4 options. Please dial 1 for sales, 2 for accounts, 3 for customer services and 4 for general enquiries."
You can control all the parameters within the Virtual Receptionist by using the web management tools. |

Call Queue Call Queue welcomes the caller, which means that the call will be answered immediately. The system then dials across to the call centre until all of the lines are full. When the call centre is full our systems detect this and stacks the calls. As a line becomes available, we present another call across. Whilst calls are stacked, we play music and marketing messages to the caller to keep them on the line. |
